We will explore contemplative photography as a spiritual practice through traditional cameras, smartphones, and other means of image capture. A key component of this spiritual practice is to reflect about the images and to discover insights about self, about connections with others, and to journey towards spiritual insights.
Our meetings are devoted to sharing 1 to 5 images around the month’s theme and any insights or discoveries that you made suggested by your images. Plus we are sharing photo tools and techniques, compositional considerations, and inspiration from other photographers, artists, poets, and writers.
We will meet once a month usually on a Friday or Saturday in the early morning, either at the Fellowship or at a an inspiring place rich with photographic and spiritual opportunities in our area.
