When: Sundays 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The purpose of the Smiling Dandelion Sangha is to provide a flexible structure in which to explore mindfulness and participate in meditation practices. Weekly meetings include sitting and walking meditation and discussion of various topics pertaining to meditation, mindfulness and Buddhism. There are also opportunities for more extended periods of meditation during periodic Mindfulness Days and an annual retreat. The group includes Buddhists and non-Buddhists and is open to anyone interested in its purpose, with any level of meditation experience. There is no requirement to be a member of the Fellowship to join us as we practice mindfulness.
