reflection and deep discussion
Journey Groups are designed to encourage close relationships through in-depth discussions of monthly themes. These groups are ideal for meeting online or in person and are a wonderful way to deepen your spirituality and connect to others.
Each month, participants will receive a packet that includes writings, spiritual exercises, and questions to ponder. You will then meet with the same small group of people for 90 minutes, along with a trained facilitator, to talk about your experiences and thoughts. We ask everyone to make a commitment for the program year (October through May) and make an effort to attend every meeting in order to participate.
The overarching frame for this program year is The Gifts of Our Faith. We focus on eight beloved Unitarian Universalist values and explore their potential to shape us and in turn, shape the world.

Joining a Journey Group
Registration for journey groups opens in August. During the first ten days of registration, we make every effort to assign groups based on preference, with priority given to Fellowship members. After the initial registration period, groups will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. There is a maximum of 11 participants in each group. If all groups are full, you will be added to a waiting list for new groups that start in January and run through May.
