Weekend Camps
Deepening Our Values Together
We will host two weekend-long camps (Saturday and Sunday) in the 2024-2025 program year:
- Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Sunday 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
October 12-13, 2024 – Tuning In to Our Values
- Adult 1: Exploring Our Values – Credo-Writing/ Know your own theology
- Adult 2: Acting On Our Values – Justice-making
- There will also be a children’s camp happening concurrently (Our Values Take Flight) for ages 4-10 so children will have an option, too!
April 12-13, 2025 – Embodying Our Values
- Adult 1: Embodying Our Values in Relationship – Heart 2 Heart couples’ retreat
- Adult 2: Embodying Our Values in Leadership – Leadership Tools Class
- There will also be a children’s camp happening concurrently (emBODYing Our Values) for ages 4-10 so children will have an option, too!

One-time or Occasional Offerings
MIDDLE HOUR
Middle Hour is a new experiment to provide opportunities for connection and learning on Sunday morning. It will take place from 10:10 – 10:50 am during the program year (September 8, 2024 through May 18, 2025) between the two Sunday services. There will be opportunities for adults, as well as “Fun & Friends” for kids.
ONE-TIME or OCCASIONAL OFFERINGS
Throughout each program year there are several opportunities for one-time or occasional offerings and gatherings that provide a chance for adults at the Fellowship to learn, connect, and play together.
Here’s what’s coming up for 2024-2025:
Express Yourself – Five fresh offerings to feed your inner artist and to remind you that we are all artists–all it takes is a desire to create and to let go of ideas about the finished product. Bring your creativity; everything else you need will be supplied.
- Wednesday, July 10th, 6:00-7:30 – Rock painting
- September 18 – Creating Art to Music
- January 15 – Collages
- March 12 – Word Art
- May 14 – Moving Color
Finding My Next Home
When: Wednesday, September 25 at the Fellowship
Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Maximum: 25 participants
Seminar Presenters: Margaret Alexander, Beth Belmore, Kathy Rose
Cost: Free of charge to participants
A voice in the back of your head tells you that you can’t stay in your home forever. You know you need to start looking at options. How would you do that?
This workshop will provide resources to assist in this journey. It will include presentations by community organizations, as well as opportunities to talk about your own needs and wishes in small groups.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Beverages, snacks, and desserts will be provided.
