Fellowship “Librarian”
Our UU Lending Library has a range of books for a variety of interests! We need help keeping track of the books, updating our inventory, and reminding people when their books are due to be returned. This role would involve about 15 minutes each week, or 45 minutes once a month, and could be accomplished while you’re in the building on Sundays.
Email Rev. Christina to indicate your interest in serving as a Fellowship “Librarian.”
Scheduling / Helper Coordination
Help schedule and remind volunteers of their service. There are many committees and programs that need this coordination, and we appreciate anyone who is able to keep us moving in the right direction with our schedule and support the people who sign up to help.
Email Rev. Christina to indicate your interest in providing this kind of support.
Art Committee
Provide or curate beautiful art for our building and support the Sunday service themes by providing or curating visual art for the sanctuary in alignment with the themes.
Email Ms. Phyllis Schmitt to indicate your interest in the Art Committee.
Generosity & Engagement Ministries (GEM) Team
Support active engagement of all people who participate at the Fellowship including their involvement, connection, and generosity of time, talent and treasure. Raise funds for the short-, medium-, and long-term health of the Fellowship through annual stewardship and endowment support.
Email Rev. Christina to indicate your interest in the Generosity & Engagement Ministries Team. If you are selected to serve on the GEM, you will need to complete a confidentiality agreement.
Events & Fundraising Team
Plan and implement fun events throughout the year to support community-building, reach out into the wider community, and raise money to support the operating budget of the Fellowship as well as non-budgeted projects such as the playground or new technology or equipment.
Email Rev. Christina to indicate your interest in the Events & Fundraising Team.
Adult Faith Formation (AFF)
Recruit leaders and support adult faith development opportunities, including classes, small groups, retreats, and events.
Email Rev. Christina to indicate your interest in the AFF Team.
Human Resources Committee
Support the Governing Board and the Executive Team in supporting all staff with legal, ethical, and supportive employment practices, and protect the Fellowship by monitoring these practices and offering ways to support staff and lay leadership in the event of an absence or other issue involving staffing.
