We are so glad that you are checking out the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship!

We know that finding a new spiritual home (or your first one ever) can be a big deal. We applaud your taking this step to find a congregation to join you on your spiritual path. We encourage you to come a few times to get a feel for the way we work, and don’t hesitate to ask anyone, especially ministers or staff, if you have a question. No question is too small or too obvious. We’re here to help you get connected!

Unitarian Universalism is a lived-faith: one that doesn’t just happen in our minds, but happens through our words and actions. We are committed to searching for truth and meaning in many ways and places. We believe that in order to make sense of life, death, God, Spirit, mystery, and all the challenges of our world we must ask questions and be challenged as well as comforted in the embrace of community. We do our best to live our values by working toward a more peaceful, fair, free, and inclusive world.

We welcome you and honor you in your wholeness, celebrating a diversity of ages, races, genders, cultural backgrounds, economic statuses, sexual orientations, sizes, abilities, and disabilities.

So, come as you are! Everyone is welcome to consider becoming part of our Fellowship. My favorite thing to say is “We love you for who you are, and help you become who you want to be.” We will partner with you on your journey of exploration, wonder, love and justice-making.
